Ushered to our 2nd row seats at around 1.40pm and orders were taken by an attentive staff. Understandably disappointed but the blow was softened by patient explanation & tone of the reception lady. Asked out of curiosity if we were be able to get a front row seat and the lady politely explained that allocation of seats were by first come first served basis of reservation, adding that the front row seats were booked as early as 1st oct or so. The reception lady was friendly and told us to take a seat at the waiting area and provided us with the menus on iPads. (Thank you, this may seemed like a small matter but I appreciate the attention to detail.) Arrived early at around 1pm.

At the end of the meal, a manager checked if we'd driven that and offered us the complimentary parking ticket. Directions to the restaurant were clear from the confirmation email and easily parked near the restaurant. Booked the 1.30pm lunch slot for 4 pax around 4 weeks in advance.
